BRIDGER

Terms of service

The terms for using Bridger Aviation.

Updated October 16, 2026

Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of Bridger Aviation (“Bridger”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your account, and have authority to act for any organization you represent.

Your professional responsibilities

Bridger provides software for contract aviation work. It does not employ crew, operate aircraft, dispatch flights, give legal or regulatory advice, or decide that a crew member, aircraft, or flight is legal or safe. Operators remain responsible for staffing, operational control, requirements, and assignment decisions. Crew remain responsible for the duty information they provide, for their own duty and rest compliance, and for the decisions they make.

Bridger does not certify qualifications. Credential records, expiry dates, and qualifications declared in Bridger, and any review of them, are not a certification by Bridger. Operators remain responsible for confirming that crew meet their requirements.

Requests recorded by aircraft owners or their delegates go to the operator for review. An owner request does not by itself change an assignment, duty, standing, or money.

Do not treat a match, credential record, duty summary, warning, absence of a warning, review, or owner request as a substitute for your own professional, regulatory, safety, or legal obligations.

Bookings, duty, and conduct

  • Provide truthful, current information and use records only for legitimate contract aviation work.
  • Do not misuse credentials, private media, contact information, messages, payment records, or another user’s account.
  • Keep your duty records current. A gap in your records does not confirm that you rested.
  • Missing required duty information may block acknowledgement; an adverse warning does not make the crew member’s decision.
  • Standing down for fatigue does not create an acceptance penalty or waive money already owed under the recorded booking terms.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, licences, certificates, ratings, experience, or availability, or those of anyone you represent.
  • Do not create an account or act for an organization without permission, or let someone else use your account.
  • Do not upload content that is false, unlawful, or that you lack permission to share.
  • Do not try to access records you are not authorized to see, interfere with the service, or bypass its security checks.
  • Do not use contact details or other information from Bridger for anything other than the contract aviation work it relates to.

Payments and taxes

Payment features are enabled for a booking only when Bridger has turned them on for your account and organization; until then, bookings on Bridger do not move money. The rest of this section describes how payments work once they are enabled.

For supported bookings, agreed compensation is held after crew acknowledgement and operator funding, then released to the crew account after the required mutual completion confirmation. Settlement, transfer to a crew account, and a bank payout are separate events. Refunds, disputes, provider restrictions, and processing times may affect availability.

Operators are responsible for their tax filing obligations. Bridger does not collect W-9s or taxpayer identification numbers, create or file tax forms, or characterize payments for tax. Annual payment activity, when available, is a factual record and not tax advice.

Content and access

You retain rights in content you submit and grant Bridger the rights needed to host, secure, process, and display it for the service. Do not upload content you lack permission to use. Bridger may restrict new commitments or access when needed to protect users or the service, but such action does not erase owed payments, dispute evidence, appeal access, or valid stand-down rights.

Service changes and availability

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Information shown in Bridger may be incomplete; check the records you need before making a decision. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, provider outages, or legal requirements. This release is available in the United States only.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Bridger is not responsible for decisions, acts, omissions, regulatory compliance, or agreements between users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridger will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the service.

Closing your account

You may stop using Bridger at any time. You can close your account on the web from Account and security or in the Bridger mobile app’s account settings, after confirming it’s you. Before an account can be closed, active assignments must be completed or resolved, outstanding assignment payments resolved, any active operator subscription cancelled, and organizations you own transferred or closed.

Closing your account signs you out, ends your access, and removes your private profile and files as described in the privacy policy. It does not cancel a booking, erase money owed, or end a dispute. Shared booking, payment, dispute, and credential-check decision records are kept. Terms that must continue to protect payment, dispute, security, intellectual-property, or legal records survive account closure.
